Home Modifications
Following a home assessment, Home Modifications may be required.
Home Modifications to your home can be necessary for you to continue to thrive, live safely and independently. Or your home might just require an update or facelift.

By implementing these changes, we aim to:
-
Upgrade the environment in all necessary areas of our clients' homes.
-
Enable greater independence, participation and function with our clients everyday occupations.
-
Reduce all current or future hazards to improve client safety at home.
-
Or simply cosmetically update your home.

We work together with local council, other tradespeople, property owners, landlords and other key personnel to ensure home modifications are fit-for-purpose and meet the following current Australian Standards:
- Residential Timber Framed Construction (AS 1684).
