A smooth & safe entry/exit for a client with deteriorating mobility.

  • Timber framed (structural treated pine) on a reinforced concrete base.

  • Merbau decking, H3 Treated Pine (LOSP) handrails on stainless steel brackets.

  • Ramp = 1 in 14 gradient.

Lorne Bathroom

​Ease of access, mobility & safety within the bathroom.

 

  • Removal of outdated bathroom and installation of floating vanity and doorless shower.

  • Messmate hardwood timber vanity unit and glass shower screen with a wide/stepless entry.

Highton Driveway Stairway

A modern solution to allow the client & visitors to safely walk from the footpath to the front entry, therefore avoiding the steep & slippery driveway.

  • Timber framed (structural treated pine) on concrete footings.

  • Spotted gum decking and kickboards.

  • Exterior light installations increase visibility at night.

Improved security & safety for a client diagnosed with Dementia.

  • Powder coated galvanized steel frame with painted treated pine timber palings.

  • 1.2m wide entry gate to allow use of mobility aids.

Armstrong Creek Rear Entry Ramp

Streamlined access to the rear of the client's home. 1m+ in width allows the use of a mobility aid.

  • Timber framed (structural treated pine) on a reinforced concrete path.

  • Merbau decking and ramp match existing deck.

  • Ramp = 1 in 14 gradient and has a steel threshold at the bottom for further safety.
